Valentines Day; Romantic Meal?? Nah be a romantic meeting with some weights

Unfortunately with my calf pull I am having to take things a little easy but can push out conditioning and that just legs allow my calf time to heal. Managed to get in cheeky 40 minutes of weights, chin ups and abs.

Massage with Claire tonight who tried some acupuncture on my shoulders which was good stuff. Claire also advised me to ease off impact running as calf muscles were tight advised me to ease off running and swap for some tabbing after I have rested that is. Start off just tabbing than increase with weighted backpack.. She booked to see me again Saturday to keep an eye on calf's.
