I will catch up on all that is happening in the past few weeks tomorrow i have 4 days off from work so I will be able to catch up as work been manic long hours as the days longer now so time i have not had a lot of time by the time i get back home. Stag Do Weekend 22 Febuary 2013 - 24 Febuary 2013
Well well well no drink Hmmmm...
Had cousin over Thursday night and we hit gym Friday morning for a good two and half hours had a good workout again not much cardio but good conditioning session, followed with swim and jacuzzi good times.
Stag do well i was behaved and no drink, even managed to hit gym early Saturday morning while everyone was hanging with Hangovers was funny times laughing at the all over breakfast there is me all bright eyes and bushy tailed was very funny.
Bit of karting on the Saturday too with mini-motos was great fun specially the mini-motos.

I just stayed most of the time with my dancing moves on the dancefloor with me Orange juice was quite sick of orange juice by the end of the night, overall though was a good weekend in fairness still i would of liked to of been getting them jager bombs down the hatch who wouldn't.. Saying that you do realise what a difference it makes not being so drunk i think in future i don't think i will get sooo drunk haha like previous and actually enjoy the night not get so messy as i see people getting lol. Save them moments for Home ;-)

8 Weeks to go!!!!! W/E 22 Febuary 2013
Session with Claire tonight keeping an eye on my calf she taped me up tonight so i could start my cardio again nothing to strenous though, but will allow me to start legs again. Kept up the cardio mainly but was able to get a little cardio done, and wow did i know that i had not been doing anything. Was angry at myself as i was struggling on my exercise but expected so just have had to keep on it and not be down hearted with the injury head down and back in the game just slowly :-).
Valentines weekend. W/E 17th Febuary 2013
Weekends antice due to injury on calf just had chilled out with a swim and jacuzzi, which was lovely i mjight add ;-)
Took my sister with me to the gym on Saturday, i had an easy session nothing to strenous with alot of upper body while in the process of giving her a good beasting through some exercises which in fairness i think she quite enjoyed, she tells me i have found my fourtey as a Personnal Trainer lol.. Followed by nice easy wind down with a swim too :-D

Valentines Day; Romantic Meal?? Nah be a romantic meeting with some weights
Unfortunately with my calf pull I am having to take things a little easy
but can push out conditioning and that just legs allow my calf time to
heal. Managed to get in cheeky 40 minutes of weights, chin ups and abs.
Massage
with Claire tonight who tried some acupuncture on my shoulders which
was good stuff. Claire also advised me to ease off impact running as
calf muscles were tight advised me to ease off running and swap for some
tabbing after I have rested that is. Start off just tabbing than
increase with weighted backpack.. She booked to see me again Saturday to
keep an eye on calf's.
