Went for a run tonight and stupidly logged off while running guessed i zoned out and well wasnt paying attention it was snowing and had been raining, so as i was running i came off a kerb and not realising there was a puddle there i just expected my foot to land on the road and hit the puddle and dropped into it, which in that i pulled my calf only a light pull but was enough for me to know about it as did and a half cause me some greif had to ice it and wrap it up, and booked into my sports therapiost claire to sort me out. Bad times and sad face for me :-(
Very angry with myself for injury being how close i am and all to my trek 62 days and counting not good but i'm sure will be alright bit of rest and straight back into it.. Fingers crossed... :-)

Done a hour session at home tonight nice to have a change from the hot gym to home conditions put your music on and away you are have some weights at home with chin up bar. So managed to push out a cheeky all round session abs, lower body and upper body had a right sweat on and loved it was good.. :-)
Monday 11th Febuary Yoga
Yoga tonight and well wow it really did help me out with my aches tonight brilliant. So happy with what the outcomes are of it. However not going to lie some one let rip tonight and well was enough for me to up and leave it was disgusting haha, i wanted someone to own up but they never owned up to it and well i think they should of smelling like that JESUS... Wasn't good and the teacher wanted me to be breathing in for 3 seconds in and out well i didn't want to be breathing at all in fairness lol. However was still thankfull for the session haha..
Saturday 9th of Febuary Heart and company at gym :-)
Went to heart Radio station today was very good had a 10 minute interview think it went alright... Lol..
Emailed all folk reference some gear for my trek and awaiting replies from them however i don't expect too much as it seem that big companies are not interested in individuals that do things for charity they just do their thing for charity and that's it. Not interested in anything else the buggers.. However still keeping fingers crossed and will keep trying a number of places if at first you don't succeed than try and try again. :-)
Had some company at the gym today took my brother in law and had a very good session pushed the boat right out with full body workout cardio and conditioning, was entertaining and nice to have that company to have someone in your ear pushing you on though when you are struggling on them last reps too push you on.
Once our 2.5 hour session in gym done we went for a nice chilaxed swim followed by the old Jacuzzi which i might add is lovely to treat yourself with.

First week in Febuary 2013 - 4th-8th
Start oif the week is always nice however, somewtimes too nice as rest day sunday mobes on to yoga on a Monday feel abit cheated as no exercise for 2 days, Yoga i see more of a wind down but unfortunately there isnt another class i can move too with my timings apart from fitness yoga now this I'm not sure of haha as only just started the old yoga and i dont think i shoudl be jumping straight onto the fitness yoga lol.. I think aother week or so and than switch up :-D
After 4 weeks of of pretty much constant emailing Heart Radio station have got back to me so haapy with the out come, persistance does pay off ;-).
Fun times at the gym this week, seen it all two blokes all dressed the same in skin tight vest and trouser dressed exactly the same bless them haha they looked rediculous LOL... ALso some kid came to the gym dressed like he was going to a young club socks pulled up to his knees baseball cap pointing right up to the ceiling and pop headphones on really coming to the gym like that really made my day hope he goes evey time like that.. haha...
Started video diary this week as you will see thought i would keep up the writing blog as well though, got to keep the writing alive :-)
Running was on this week made it to Longueville which is an achievement for me as only last week made in to just past wistow roundabout, I know the Lung capacity is increasing and hopefully i'm sure continue to increase. I have started to ponder why is that spmeone would walk past you in the street and not say hello yet you put running gear on and amongst other runners and suddenly everyone is hello/evening... Not that I'm complaining about iut just that in normal they wouldnt socialise yet you run past them and sunddenly oh hello.. Lol

First weekend in Febuary
Gym early staurday morning and good stuff had a v-core class which is always fun only get out what you put in so got to push yuourself. Followed by a lovely well desreved swim and jacuzzi got to love the pool after a workout quite lovely ha..
Paid a visit to the hairdressers Forsters in Orton Wistow who are happy to help with putting oput change Goblets for me and well they are doing really well for me they are using it as a swear box as well as playing games to help fill the Goblets all in aid of charity so a big thank you to them for all their help and support as a small business. Thank you guys :-D
Put out more goblets as well to my local pubs which were happy to support me as well as offer up prizes for our raffle as well so really happy with them a big thank you to the Cuckoo too which do is a lovely little local country pub with great food. Thank you to the Cuckoo team :-D

Thursday 31 January 2013... Really this did happen
Conditioning at the gym tonight, now cardio is at an alright level i have brought conditioning up with a little less cardio in the gym more cardio on the outside. Fun times.
Anyway was doing the old gym time and while I'm on the old weights machine i see two guys in skin tight vests and well there they are doing there little reps and than they start to feel each othrs muscles i mean really is this normal to feel another mans muscles during workout i would think not. That was me there was no way i wanted to be reaching down for my water bottle in front of them two haha. Thought i would leave them two alone to feel each other up haha..

Wednesday 30th January 2013.. Change of Blogging page, magical touch
Well tonight had to miss the gym had to take time out to sort out my blogging page had some feedack from some people that my blog was not easy to navigate round. So I took it to my trustworthy and man of many talents well mainly on the computer Sean to help me out on this matter as he can talk computers.
Soon as we loaded up page sean was in his element took it a part; changing colours, adding links and changing layouts. See Sean talks computers i felt like he was Robocop you know in the films when he puts his spike in the computers and makes them do the things he wants well Sean can do that, now i'm not saying he is Robocop or Short Circuit (i wouldn't mind if you wanted to come out Sean :-P) however it certainly feels like he is in motion with computer scripts and all that. Talking computers like Robocop but Sean doesnt need to put his spike in them orrrrr maybe he does haha ;-)

Training..Tuesday 29 January 2013
First run on the outside from the gym, its so nice to be out from the gym for s run, i mean hill reps are alright at the weekend but when your at the gym so much in a hot room to be outside running is quite lush apart from the wind burn i got and the rain haha but hey as my father would say your not made of sugar so get out there. ;-).
I don't know the distance i done i know i made it to Nottcuts than thought bugger i got to get back yet haha, I had planned on a nice run to Wistow and back however when i got to Wistow was feeling the love to keep on going abit like the Duracell bunny thought yeah i can do this no bother. However LOL got to Nottcuts and started to feel the burn thought best head back and yeah got to the business park and had to start digging deep started to hang was 45 minutes in. Definitely an improvement from when i first started as i couldn't even make round the business park which only took 15 minutes.
Good times Interval training is the way ;-)
